Get Free Canadian standard shipping on all orders over $49. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) following receipt of your order. Orders placed before 12pm EST will usually be shipped same day. The Shoe Shop ships worldwide**.

**International Shipping Disclaimer** 

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local post office or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability (see below), your delivery address, the day and time your order is received, and circumstances impacting delivery by your selected carrier. The Shoe Shop is not responsible for delayed or misdirected shipments

Product Availability

Although The Shoe Shop makes every effort to ship your order within two business days upon receipt of your order, shipping dates may vary based on product availability. If the estimated shipping date changes, The Shoe Shop will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date. The Shoe Shop makes every effort to supply you with the products you ordered; however, there may be occasions when The Shoe Shop confirms the product is available, then determines the product is in fact not available. In this circumstance, The Shoe Shop will contact you and suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not want an alternative product(s), The Shoe Shop will cancel the order for product not available and issue a refund.
